“Rising Star” Award Winner

Joaull Basil was the first ever recipient of the Rising Star award and received a full scholarship for one academic year at the San Francisco Film School.

His scholarship was funded through the Golden Gate Visionary Scholarship Fund and the generous donations of our supporters.
